Pure-water window cleaning across London

London glass takes a beating. Traffic film, brake dust, pollen and hard-water spotting build into a grey haze that you stop noticing until the day it is cleaned. We clean exterior glass using a pure-water reach-and-wash system: mains water is filtered and de-ionised until every dissolved mineral is stripped out, then fed through a telescopic pole to a brush head. The brush agitates the dirt, the pure water rinses it, and because there is nothing dissolved in the water there is nothing left behind to dry into streaks or spots.

The practical benefits matter as much as the finish. No ladders resting against your brickwork, no detergent running down the render, and frames, sills and rubbers get washed as part of the same pass rather than left dirty around clean glass.

How the visit works

We confirm the property type, the number of windows and the access before booking, then attend with the water already filtered and stored on the vehicle. Exterior glass is cleaned from the ground with the pole system, working systematically around the property. Interiors, when booked, are cleaned traditionally with applicator, squeegee and microfibre, with the floor protected under each window. There is no chemical smell and nothing to wipe up afterwards. Most terraced and semi-detached homes take under an hour for exteriors; larger properties, conservatories and full interior work take longer.

Glass looks best when it is cleaned regularly rather than rescued occasionally. Many London households book every four, eight or twelve weeks, and regular visits are quicker and cheaper per visit than one-off deep cleans of neglected glass.

De-ionising and reverse-osmosis filtration, on-board water tanks, carbon-fibre telescopic poles with soft brush heads, TDS meters to confirm the water is genuinely pure before we start, traditional applicators, professional squeegees, scrim and microfibre for interiors, detail brushes for tracks and vents, and non-marking floor protection indoors.

Transparent pricing

Window cleaning starts from £35. Price depends on the number and size of windows, the number of storeys, whether interiors are included, and whether extras such as conservatory roofs, skylights, French doors or Georgian-bar glazing are involved. Regular schedules are priced per visit and are more economical than one-off calls. First cleans on heavily neglected glass sometimes carry a one-off restoration charge, which we tell you about upfront rather than after the job.

Preparing for the visit

Please make sure side gates are unlocked and rear access is clear, move garden furniture, bins or planters away from the windows, close all windows before we arrive, and keep pets indoors while we work at the rear. If you are booking interiors, clear window sills and pull curtains or blinds back. Tell us about restricted parking, permit zones, communal entry systems and any windows that cannot be opened or are known to leak.

Honest limitations

Cleaning removes what sits on the glass. It cannot fix what is wrong with the glass. Misted or blown double glazing is a failed seal with condensation trapped inside the unit, and no amount of cleaning reaches it — that needs the unit replaced. Scratches, hard-water etching, cement splashes that have burned into the surface, and paint or render spatter from previous works may not come off fully, and aggressive attempts to remove them risk damaging the glass. Windows above safe reach, or those requiring roof access, cradles or scaffolding, are outside our scope. Perished frame seals and rotten timber will be cleaner but not repaired. We will always tell you before we start if we can see something that will not come off.
