What does extractor fan cleaning actually cover?

Extractor fan cleaning means removing and cleaning the washable aluminium grease filter, then cleaning the accessible cover, grille face and surrounding surfaces. It does not include the motor, blades, internal housing, electrical parts, ducting, carbon-filter replacement or dismantling beyond safe removal and replacement of the washable filter.

Do you clean exterior windows?

Exterior glass is not automatic. You can add an accessible exterior window bundle to a property clean, covering exterior glass, frames and sills where safely accessible with the equipment assigned to your booking. Locked access, balconies, extension roofs, conservatories, skylights and specialist height access are reviewed first or quoted through our standalone Window Cleaning service.

Yes, when they are empty. Cupboards, wardrobes and drawers are cleaned internally only where they have been emptied — we do not move or clean around a tenant's remaining belongings.
