Appliance interiors — a full internal oven degrease, fridge and freezer interiors and extractor fan cleaning — are optional paid add-ons for end of tenancy, and are included as standard in our Deep Cleaning. Everything else you might want, from carpet extraction to a balcony, is listed transparently as an add-on rather than sneaked into your final bill.

Your price is built from visible components rather than a hidden core: a £35 kitchen and whole-property core clean, a £35 standard living area plus first hallway or landing, and an automatic standard internal-window allowance of £25–£35 based on the size of the property.
