What changes the price
- Bedrooms and bathrooms are the two biggest factors. Bathrooms take longer than bedrooms because of limescale, grout and glass.
- Houses carry a small extra over flats for stairs and landings.
- A property that needs extra attention costs about 20% more, and one in very heavy condition about 35% more. Being honest about condition when you book avoids surprises on the day.
- Extras are only worth adding if your check-in report calls for them.

The kitchen and whole-property clean, living areas and hallways, every bedroom and bathroom, and internal windows. The property needs to be cleared of furniture and belongings before the clean.
Do you actually need a professional clean?
